About The Role

Olymel is currently seeking a Project Manager - R&D; to join its agile team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, innovating new offerings, and improving operational efficiencies. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.



A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of product development processes, regulatory compliance, and quality standards is essential.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required to effectively manage multiple projects and teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in innovation and sustainability initiatives.

Bilingualism in French and English is advantageous, given the diverse operational environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate R&D; projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
