Key Responsibilities

Manage ICI projects from preconstruction through construction and closeout Support estimating with budgets, scope and constructability reviews Oversee early works including site clearing, servicing and foundations Build and manage schedules and budgets, tracking cost and change Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants and stakeholders Procure and manage trade partners Work closely with the Site Superintendent on sequencing, quality and safety Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress billing and deficiencies What They're Looking For Project Manager experience on ground up commercial, institutional or public sector buildings Solid understanding of foundations, concrete and structural steel A track record of taking projects from preconstruction through closeout Comfortable working with municipal clients and consultants Willing to travel to project sites across BC Valid driver's licence
