The Media

Specialist will work across an exciting mix of clients in the CPG, Retail & Banking industries providing day to day support to the wider media team, with a focus on implementation and reporting. You will need to be highly proficient in media implementation, reporting and analysis. This includes a strong understanding of Social Media platforms, Google Analytics and Google Ad Words.

Work directly with the Media Supervisor to heavily support implementation, optimization & reporting for all key clients Work directly with the Media Supervisor to assist with overall client planning & day to day client requests Work directly with all media vendors to book, implement and report on campaigns With direction from the Media Supervisor support the preparation, writing and presentation of integrated media plans, proposals and analysis that satisfy client objectives and that go beyond the brief Maintain stewardship and accountability of the media plan, regularly evaluating and monitoring execution to implement meaningful optimizations Liaise and foster knowledge-sharing with other disciplines internally, partner agencies and other departments to ensure that media and client knowledge is current Ensure that all media plans adhere to the agency's values, philosophies,



and processes Accurately and effectively manage client's day-to-day planning requirements, with a robust understanding of client's business objectives and KPIs Participate in additional agency/team projects as required Work collaboratively with all departments at SALT, ensuring digital media requirements are understood and help the teams to provide the assets as needed Minimum 2 years working at a media agency, in a digital focused role Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication or Advertising required Prior hands‐on experience in Google Analytics, Paid Social business manager accounts & Google Ad accounts (essential) Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Prior hands on experience with Google Data Studio an asset but not required Hands on management - planning, implementing, optimising & reporting for Fortune 100 brands Experienced in all facets of the digital marketing space: CRM, SEO, SEM, programmatic, social, mobile, video Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is an asset Demonstrated creative and innovative thinker, who doesn't mind rolling up there sleeves and getting the job done Hybrid setup, up to 28 paid days off and winter holiday shutdowns.
