Duties

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), low voltage systems, and industrial equipment.
- Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors, providing guidance on mechanical systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Manage project timelines and budgets for facility upgrades or repairs using project management best practices.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track maintenance history, and optimize asset performance.




- Review technical schematics and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards related to industrial maintenance and electrical systems.

Requirements

- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising maintenance or industrial teams.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical systems, electrical experience, and industrial maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and low voltage electrical systems.
- Experience using CMMS platforms for work order management and asset tracking.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
- Solid leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical safety standards, and industrial schematics is highly desirable.
