Join our innovative team at Ball Construction as a Proposal & Marketing Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in our marketing department. We are a leading company in the industry, specializing in Industrial, Commercial and Institutional construction.

Role Description

Ball Construction is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual that will join our team. Reporting to the Vice President & Director of Pre-Construction, this position is responsible for the preparation and submission of all RFQs, RFPs and all marketing documents for the company.

The candidate must be professional to help us grow our company for years to come. Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills are key attributes of the individual we are looking for.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepare, edit, and format proposal submissions and supporting content, including project sheets, CVs, and methodology sections
- Collaboration with Estimating and Pre-Construction team on the preparation of proposals for specialized content
- Manage proposal deadlines, draft reviews,



and document production to meet submission deadlines and requirements
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Maintain and create proposal templates, project profiles, CVs in an organized server for ease of access
- Maintain brand image and all marketing assets
- Assisting with other marketing documents for company use such as social media, company events, brochures, newsletters, etc.
- Other marketing duties as required

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in proposal writing & proposal submissions.
- Experience working within proposals in a construction, engineering or architecture field is considered a strong asset
- Ability to work within a rapid-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines at once considered a strong asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva.
- Familiarity with social media and brand management

Schedule:

Monday to Friday full time (8:30am-5pm)
