About This Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on test automation and AI-driven quality assurance. You'll collaborate with product managers and development teams to ensure high-quality releases in rapid delivery cycles.

What You'll Do

- Lead and execute test automation strategies using Selenium, Cucumber, and Playwright
- Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Coordinate testing efforts, identify defects, and maintain high standards of performance
- Utilize AI tools (including prompt engineering) to enhance test coverage and efficiency
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and JIRA Cloud for test management




- Support production releases and rapid deployment cycles

What You Bring:

3–5 years of QA experience (5–6 years preferred)

Strong expertise in Test Automation (Selenium is a must; Cucumber, Playwright, Jenkins are highly desirable)

Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering concepts

Solid understanding of Agile workflows and ability to collaborate with Product Managers

SQL knowledge for queries and data validation

Experience with JIRA Cloud and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

- Financial services or banking industry experience
- Production support background
- Experience in rapid release environments
