Job Overview

HNR Solutions is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineer on behalf of our client, a well-established company located in Bolton, Ontario.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and resolving quality issues, and ensuring products and processes meet established quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies to reduce defects and improve process efficiency.
- Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, and quality-related issues.
- Conduct quality audits and maintain accurate quality documentation.
- Analyze quality data and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high product quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications and Requirements





- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Compensation

- Annual salary of $65,000–$75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Full-time, permanent employment.
