If you encounter technical difficulties submitting your resume, please send a Word version of your resume to [email protected] reference Quality Analyst Technician Perform QA/QC testing on AV systems including Crestron, Flex/MTR(s), SurfaceHubs, Dante, Biamp, QSYS, and related technologies.

Test and troubleshoot conference room cameras (Poly, PTZ, OneBeyond, QSYS, Huddly, Logi) for performance, alignment, and integration. Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Teams and Office 365 with AV systems. Conduct network compatibility testing (Wi‐Fi, PoE, firewall/security) and validate data flow, latency, and connection stability.

Use QSYS for operational testing, configuration, and performance verification. Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to resolve integration issues and optimize AV performance. Document test results, issues, and resolutions in a clear and repeatable format.

Support AV system deployment and provide technical guidance during troubleshooting phases. Apply QA/QC best practices to ensure reliability, safety,



and performance standards are met. Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and UC technologies. ~ Familiarity with network technologies including Wi‐Fi, PoE, and firewall/security applications. ~ Exposure to trade floor AV systems, IPT, and digital delay technologies.

All candidates must have strong QA/QC and AV troubleshooting experience. ~ Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across engineering and IT teams.
