Groupe Pace is looking for an experienced, motivated real estate broker to join our established team. This opportunity offers access to active listings and incoming leads, with involvement in residential real estate.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with incoming leads and develop client relationships.
- Assist buyers, sellers.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits.
- Prepare offers, brokerage documents and transaction files.
- Maintain accurate client records and consistent follow-ups.
- Work closely with the team to develop new business and close transactions.
Requirements
- An active OACIQ brokerage licence authorizing both residential and commercial brokerage.
- Relevant real estate experience.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
- Robust communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to prospecting and client service.
