We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Receptionist. The Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive customer experience by managing front desk operations, directing inquiries, and providing administrative support to various departments. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Horizon Ag & Turf was established in 2024 as Agland and Martin Deerline merged operations. While the name is different, you can expect the same faces to greet you, quality equipment, timely service solutions and parts reliability when you walk into our dealership locations. We are a family-owned and operated business with over 65 years of experience in the agriculture, property owner, landscaping, construction and golf industries. Grounded by our Roots. THE POSITION:

· Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or people.

· Greet customers and visitors, providing a friendly and welcoming environment.

· Maintain product displays, stock inventory, and ensure the area remains organized.

· Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

· Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, petty cash handling as well as bank transactions,



organizing the customer lounge area and maintaining office supplies.

· Provide additional support for team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills required:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, especially in a dealership setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient use of computer programs and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service focused environment, while multitasking and managing time effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
