Proactively source candidates through networking, referrals, social media, cold outreach, and direct recruiting. Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and deliver exceptional talent on searches. Negotiate offers, facilitate placements, and help close successful hires across contract and permanent positions.

Develop trusted, long-term relationships with candidates while staying informed on industry trends. Manage placed contractors throughout their assignments to ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates.



We're looking for a driven sales professional who is excited to build a successful career in recruitment.

Previous recruitment experience is an asset, but a strong sales background and proven track record of success are equally valuable. ~1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, agency recruitment, account management or a related sales environment. ~ Experience or knowledge in a professional industry such as Accounting & Finance, Insurance, Legal, Construction, Property, or another relevant sector is an asset. ~ Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. ~ Competitive and results-driven, with the motivation to build a successful desk and grow your earning potential. ~ Previous recruitment or staffing experience is an asset but not required. Competitive base salary, plus uncapped commission. On-target earnings (OTE) of approximately $80,000 in your first year, with significantly higher earning potential as you build your desk.
