Tez Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) to join our growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. This position primarily involves providing counselling services to individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents (ICBC clients).

This is a remote position, allowing clinicians to provide counselling services virtually from anywhere in British Columbia. We offer flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently while receiving administrative support from our team.

We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about supporting individuals experiencing psychological distress, trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties following motor vehicle accidents.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual counselling services to ICBC clients through secure virtual appointments.
- Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychological interventions.
- Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, emotional distress, and adjustment difficulties following motor vehicle accidents.
- Prepare accurate and timely clinical documentation, including initial assessment reports, progress reports, and treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and other healthcare professionals as required.
- Communicate with the administrative team regarding scheduling, treatment authorizations, and client progress.




- Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice and client confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience

- Master's degree or higher in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health discipline.
- Active registration in good standing with a recognized professional regulatory body or association in British Columbia, such as:
- BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC)
- Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA)
- BC College of Social Workers (BCCSW)
- Other recognized professional associations with credentials accepted for ICBC counselling services.
- Experience working with ICBC clients is preferred.
- Experience in trauma-informed counselling, chronic pain management, psychological rehabilitation, or post-accident recovery.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver professional counselling services through telehealth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
