We are currently interviewing Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) for positions available at our satellite locations, Hybrid House (4720 99 Street NW) and Pulse Health (10504 123 Street NW) in Edmonton.

We are looking for collaborative, client-centered RMTs who believe the best outcomes happen when practitioners work together. Our integrated care model brings massage therapy together with chiropractic, physiotherapy, psychology, acupuncture, athletic therapy, personal training, nutrition, and other wellness services.

As part of the 4 Points Health & Wellness network, you'll have the opportunity to build professional relationships with practitioners across multiple disciplines, support coordinated client care, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.

The successful candidates will provide high-quality, evidence-informed massage therapy while supporting clients in achieving their recovery, health, and wellness goals. Responsibilities

- Provide individualized massage therapy assessments and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with practitioners across multiple disciplines to support coordinated treatment plans.
- Participate in internal referrals and multidisciplinary care planning.
- Educate clients and support their long-term health and recovery goals.




- Maintain high standards of professional ethics, client confidentiality, and clinical care.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with a recognized Alberta massage therapy association.
- Minimum 2,200-hour massage therapy diploma.
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed, client-centred care.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals.

Experience Massage therapy: 1 year preferred
