Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) - Growth-Focused & High-Commission Split (60%–70%)

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough client health assessments, physical evaluations, and intake consultations.
- Deliver customized, high-quality therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual client needs (e.g., deep tissue, sports therapy, myofascial release, relaxation).
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date treatment notes and clinical records in compliance with CMTO standards.
- Educate clients on proper self-care routines, stretching, and preventive wellness strategies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment adhering to all health and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid, active registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Current Professional Liability Insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for client health and recovery.
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and continuously develop advanced clinical skills.

Pay: $70.00-$110.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
