Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) | Revamp Wellness

Cloverdale, BC | 75% Split | Flexible Schedule

At Revamp Wellness, we want our RMTs to be able to focus on what they do best: taking care of their patients.

We opened our first clinic in Langley in 2020 and recently expanded to Cloverdale in January 2026. Since then, we've worked hard to build a clinic with a great team, strong administrative support, and an environment where practitioners can grow their practice without having to manage all the work that comes with running their own business.

We're looking for Registered Massage Therapists to join our Cloverdale team. Whether you're an experienced RMT looking for a change or a newer graduate looking for the right place to build your practice, we'd love to hear from you.

What we offer

75% split

You keep 75% of your treatment revenue. We want our practitioners to be well compensated for the work they do while having the support and resources they need to build a successful practice.

A front desk team that has your back

Our reception team takes care of bookings, billing, direct billing, laundry, and day-to-day clinic tasks. You can focus on your patients without having to worry about answering phones, chasing payments, or keeping up with laundry between appointments.

Help building your practice

We actively invest in clinic marketing and advertising to help bring new patients through our doors. We want to give you the chance to build a steady schedule, grow your patient base, and develop your practice over time.

A fully equipped treatment room

Your treatment room is furnished and ready to go, including a treatment table and the equipment you need to get started.

Simple scheduling and clinic systems

We use Jane for scheduling and clinic management, making it easy to manage your appointments and keep your day organized.

A team you can count on

You'll be working alongside RMTs, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors,

Naturopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists, Kinesiologists, and Clinical Counsellors. We value communication, collaboration, and building relationships with practitioners who enjoy working together and supporting their patients.

Just as importantly, we want you to enjoy coming to work. We care about having a team that is friendly, reliable, respectful, and supportive of one another.

Schedule and flexibility

- 2–6 days per week
- 6.5-hour shifts
- Evening shifts available
- Double shifts available
- Open 7 days a week, with 14-hour daily operating hours

We understand that everyone has different goals and commitments. We're happy to discuss scheduling options and find an arrangement that works for both you and the clinic.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for RMTs who:
- Take pride in their work and genuinely care about their patients.
- Are reliable and committed to their schedule.
- Communicate well with patients and fellow practitioners.
- Enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
- Want to continue developing their skills and growing their practice.
- Bring a positive attitude and contribute to a good working environment.

You don't need to have an established patient base to join us. We're happy to connect with both experienced RMTs and newer practitioners who are motivated to grow. Why Revamp?

We know there are a lot of places an RMT can practice. We want to make Revamp a place where you can build a successful career, feel supported by the people around you, and spend your time doing the work you enjoy.

That means providing a strong front desk team, investing in marketing, maintaining a welcoming clinic, and building a culture where practitioners feel valued.

We're proud of what we've built in Langley and excited about what's ahead in Cloverdale. We're looking for good people who want to be part of that growth.
