We are expanding our network of Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) across Toronto and the GTA.

Position Overview

We are seeking professional, reliable, and client-focused Registered Massage Therapists to join our network of independent practitioners.

This opportunity is ideal for RMTs looking to expand their clientele, supplement their existing practice, or diversify their professional experience.

Practitioners may receive booking opportunities across three primary service categories:

Mobile Massage Therapy

● In-home and private residential appointments.

● Hotel, hospitality, and short-term accommodation bookings.

● Private wellness experiences and group bookings.

Corporate & Event Massage Therapy

● Workplace wellness programs and employee appreciation events.

● On-site chair massage and table massage.

● Corporate retreats, conferences, and private wellness events.

● Multi-practitioner wellness experiences.

In-Practice & Private Suite Massage Therapy

● Client appointments at participating wellness clinics, studios, and private treatment suites.

● Opportunities for RMTs operating from their own professional treatment spaces.

● Bookings through participating TouchBase practice partners.





● Opportunities to build repeat clientele through the TouchBase marketplace.

Assignments are offered based on practitioner availability, qualifications, location, and client demand.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide safe, professional, and individualized massage therapy treatments.

● Complete appropriate assessments, informed consent procedures, and clinical documentation in accordance with CMTO standards.

● Maintain skilled and hygienic treatment environments.

● Provide and transport equipment for mobile or event-based services when required.

● Communicate professionally with clients and the TouchBase coordination team.

● Maintain punctuality, reliability, and professional conduct.

● Follow all applicable professional, privacy, and infection prevention standards.

Qualifications

● Active registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

● Valid professional liability insurance.

● Strong communication and client care skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage appointments professionally.

● Reliable transportation or the ability to travel to accepted bookings, where applicable.

● Access to a portable massage table or chair is an asset for mobile and corporate assignments.

● Access to a professional treatment room or suite is an asset, but not required.

Newly registered RMTs are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Scheduling





TouchBase offers a flexible independent contractor model designed to accommodate practitioners with varying schedules and professional commitments.

● Compensation is agreed upon before each accepted booking or assignment.

● Opportunities for individual treatments, recurring appointments, and multi-hour corporate events.

● Practitioners can identify their preferred service categories and geographic areas.

● No mandatory minimum weekly hours.

● No guaranteed booking volume.

● Practitioners may continue operating their own practices or working with other clinics.
