Canada West Health Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse for a dedicated full-time line at a long-term care community in White Rock, BC.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate and resident-centred nursing care.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to skilled standards and organizational policies.
- Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Perform wound assessments and provide appropriate wound care.
- Provide clinical direction and support to LPNs and Health Care Assistants/Resident Care Aides.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using PointClickCare, eMAR and other applicable systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care.
- Communicate respectfully with residents and families.
- Support infection prevention, medication safety, falls prevention and skin integrity.
- Complete thorough shift handovers and incident reporting.
- Maintain resident dignity,



privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Current practising registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM, in good standing.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to an ongoing full-time rotation.
- Previous long-term care, complex care or seniors’ care experience preferred.
- Experience with PointClickCare, eMAR, interRAI LTCF, dementia care and wound management is an asset.

Schedule This position offers a dedicated full-time line with regularly scheduled shifts. Shift times, rotation and start date will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Required Documentation

Candidates selected for placement must provide:

- Current resume and professional references.
- Confirmation of current BCCNM registration.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- TB screening and immunization documentation required by the care community.

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the work location in White Rock, BC. Pay: $44.52-$52.15 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
