MSK WorkAssist, a division of Santé Circle Health, is looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. This role involves managing injured workers referred by external sources as part of the WSIB Specialty program as well as various occupational health assessments. The position requires collaboration with third party-funded clients, including WSIB, employers, and insurance professionals, and delivery of tailored services focusing on the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, disability management, prevention, education, and timely return to function.

As a Registered Physiotherapist will play a key role in coordinating and enhancing programs to ensure program standards and musculoskeletal health are maintained. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing treatment, using evidence-based modalities, documenting processes, and supporting program development to promote a safe and effective working environment while meeting client, patient and organizational goals.

This position is compensated on an hourly basis. The expected annual earnings for this role is $101,400, based on full-time hours.

- Skilled at conducting thorough assessments and preparing clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation, reports, and recommendations.
- Confident in communicating and building relationships with patients, employers, WSIB representatives, referral sources, and community healthcare providers.
- Dedicated to developing and implementing individualized exercise, conditioning, injury prevention, and active rehabilitation programs.
- Knowledgeable about workplace injury management, orthopedic conditions, and the return-to-work process.
- Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality clinical standards.

What You Need to be Successful:

- Experienced working with third-party funded programs, including WSIB, and supporting injured workers throughout their recovery journey.
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and committed to maintaining professional and ethical practice standards.
- Committed to contributing to program quality, workplace safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Willing to provide services at alternate clinic or workplace locations, as required.
