We are seeking a dedicated Relief Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and providing excellent customer service to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Relief Manager

Position Description:

The key responsibilities of a Relief Manager are:

· Lead and manage a dedicated team of employees, including assigning tasks

· Provide an exceptional customer experience, including handling any customer inquiries and/or issues

· Responsible for handling cash and exporting nightly cash, box office and concession reports

· Assist with working theatre attendant positions, including cleaning all areas of the theatre (lobby, concession, auditoriums and washrooms)

· Responsible for handling technical issues that may arise

Required skills and competencies:

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (oral & written)

· Solid leadership abilities





· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (both customer and technical)

· Ability to multi-task; manage and prioritize tasks and activities effectively and efficiently

· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a management team

· Cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) experience

Required Experience:

· 1-2 years of experience in a theatre, fast-food, restaurant, retail or similar environment

· 1-2 years of managerial experience in a theatre, rapid-food, restaurant, retail or similar setting is considered an asset

Required Education:

· Secondary School Diploma or current student

Job Type:

· Part-time, hourly

MUST be able to work flexible hours, including late nights (until 1:00AM), weekends and holidays. MUST have availability on Tuesdays and weekends.
