In this capacity,



your primary responsibilities will include providing valuable financial planning guidance and cultivating meaningful, lasting relationships with our clients. Collaborate with clients to create personalized financial plans that meet their unique needs. Provide tailored investment and insurance recommendations to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Cultivate relationships with members, clients, and colleagues to foster a strong network and sense of community. Develop and enhance referral relationships with our credit union partners. Adhere to the highest professional and regulatory standards at CU Financial Management.

Elevate brand awareness both within the organization and the broader community, thereby strengthening the organization's presence. Ability to meet eligibility requirements for CIRO‐ID licensing would be considered an asset. ~ 2+ years of experience in the wealth management or investment advisory industry. ~ Financial Planning designation, or willingness to pursue, would be considered an asset. ~ Experience with financial planning software. ~ A passion for delivering financial planning services and a commitment to client success. ~ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure regulatory compliance. ~ Knowledge of investment strategies, risk management, and financial planning best practices. ~ Travel to our partner credit union's branches is required, with occasional trips outside the region.
