We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Downtown Vancouver. This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a Strata condominium high-rise.
Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Cleaning and sanitizing all common areas including the lobby, gym, elevators, corridors, garbage room, garage, stairwells, pool area, and washrooms
- Performing regular checks to ensure all areas are tidy and well-maintained
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Working both independently and as part of a team to meet daily cleaning standards
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours 8am - 3:30pm
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a must
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
