Responsibilities
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and other items as needed to maintain cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning preferences and address any concerns.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage cleaning supplies and maintain inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is required training will be provided for experienced cleaners
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high-quality work standards.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
