Responsibilities
- Work on custom estate home projects
- Perform service plumbing tasks including repairs, maintenance, and installations for residential clients.
- Install and service hydronic heating systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications related to residential plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain work performed and provide recommendations for system improvements or maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and uphold high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license with experience in residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a small business environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
