Job Overview

Brasco Built is seeking a reliable, motivated individual with residential construction experience to join our team.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, demonstrates initiative, and can confidently complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has a solid construction background, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential construction and renovation tasks, including framing, drywall, flooring, trim, finishing, and general carpentry.
- Complete assigned tasks independently, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Follow written instructions, measurements, and construction plans.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, communicating concerns when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Work professionally and respectfully in clients' homes.
- Assist with other construction-related duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on construction or carpentry experience.
- Knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.




- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and accept feedback.
- Physically capable of performing construction-related duties.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle required.
- Carpentry certification or formal training is an asset but not required.
