Scott's Quality Lawn Care is looking for an exceptional individual to fill the very important position of a residential snow removal labourer. You and your crew leader will be responsible for approximately 35-40 residential customers. You must be available everyday if it happens to snow. The only exception to this is Christmas Day which is the only day we do not guarantee our service. If it snows on this day, we will go out the following day.

Although the job says full time, hours will be solely based on snowfall. You will work when it snows. With that said, it is not unusual to not work at all in a week and then work a full 40 hours the next week. 20 hours per week tends to be a valuable average for this position. You will need to keep your phone on you at all times if we hire you for this position so you are able to make it into work at a moment's notice.

You must be in very good physical condition as this job is labour intensive. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills,

high attention to detail and a desire to physically work hard. This is by no means an easy position. You will be joining an exceptional team and a lot will be expected of you. Please send your resume if you believe you're a excellent fit for the position.

There is certainly opportunity for year round work and to move into a salaried crew lead position if you impress us.
