This hands-on management role reports to the Chief Operating Officer of Toptable Group and focuses on maintaining high production and customer service standards. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable culinary journey through polished service from reservation to departure.

Requirements: • Minimum 8 years in food and beverage industry • At least 5 years in a management role • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Strong financial management skills • Level 1 and Level 2 Food Protected Certification
