We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Night Restaurant Manager to join the Havana team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a busy environment, and knows how to create a fun and engaging atmosphere.

The Role

- Lead evening and late-night restaurant operations.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop your leadership team.
- Build a positive, accountable, and empowered team culture.
- Connect with guests and team members and create genuine relationships.
- Bring a fun, engaging personality and positive energy to the floor.
- Implement sales initiatives and drive guest counts and revenue.
- Monitor business performance, labour, and key sales metrics.
- Report on business performance and P&L; results to the General Manager.




- Maintain high standards of hospitality, service, and restaurant operations.

- Minimum 2+ years management experience
- Compensation: + Salary and Gratuity $55,000 - 65,000 + Paid Holidays + Full Health Benefits + Daily Food Account
