GTA Phones Inc. is looking for an experienced, motivated salesperson to join our Mississauga team. You will sell new and used cellphones, accessories, mobile phone plans, and home internet services.

The main focus is phone and accessory sales, with mobile and internet plan sales as an additional responsibility. You will also post ads on Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji, respond to inquiries, follow up with interested buyers, and turn online inquiries into store visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell new and used cellphones, cases, chargers, screen protectors, and other accessories.
- Help customers compare devices and explain features, condition, pricing, and warranties.
- Recommend suitable products and plans based on customers’ needs and budgets.
- Explain mobile phone and home internet offers, including pricing, eligibility, promotions, and contract terms.
- Assist with service sign-ups and activations according to provider procedures.
- Take clear product photos and create, update, and renew ads on Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji.
- Respond promptly and professionally to messages, calls, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with potential customers, arrange store visits, and close sales.
- Keep listings accurate and remove ads for sold products.




- Process payments and maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Help with inventory checks and keep the store and product displays organized.
- Work toward sales goals while providing honest, helpful customer service.

Required Experience and Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience is required.
- Previous experience selling cellphones, accessories, mobile phone plans, and home internet services is required.
- Experience creating Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji listings and handling customer inquiries.
- Strong communication, customer service, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and telecom plans.
- Ability to explain pricing and service terms clearly and accurately.
- Comfortable handling in-store customers and online inquiries.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Salary : base salary with commission on sales

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- sales: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
