Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. From recommending the perfect product to keeping the store running smoothly, you’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that loves what they do. This position can be full-time or part-time, with flexible shifts available.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure the store looks its best
- Verify customer age and follow all compliance and legal requirements
- Assist with store operations,



including daily reports and inventory support
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent service and meet store goals

Qualifications & Essential Skills

- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Knowledge of beer, wine, or spirits is a bonus (but we’ll train you!)
- Ability to lift up to 20kg (50 lbs)
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, positive, and a solid team player

Experience

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Beverage alcohol experience is an asset.

Education

High school completion preferred.

Working Setting A lively retail store environment with a steady flow of customers.

Compensation

- Competitive compensation through a structured step progression wage program
