Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and adherence to company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellent customer service.
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and inventory control to optimize store efficiency.
- Oversee merchandising efforts, including pricing strategies, product placement, and promotional displays to maximize sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication skills.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate purchasing decisions and vendor relations to maintain optimal stock levels while controlling costs through negotiation skills.

Skills

- Proven experience in supervising retail teams with strong leadership capabilities.




- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across various responsibilities.
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques, merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Sound knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping practices.
- Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff members to foster growth.
- Ability to manage budgets, perform basic math calculations accurately, and handle payroll processing efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and skilled demeanor.
- Experience with supervising inventory purchasing, merchandising displays, and store promotions.
- Capable of multitasking effectively while maintaining attention to detail in administrative tasks such as record keeping and organizational planning.

Pay: $25.51-$44.71 per hour
