Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team and drive business growth. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily store operations, develop sales strategies, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.

Duties

- Lead and supervise the retail sales team to meet or exceed sales goals through effective coaching and motivation.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
- Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and store presentation to maximize product visibility and appeal.
- Manage purchasing decisions, inventory levels, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and development of team members to build a high-performing workforce.
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting,



and sales reporting with accuracy.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.

Skills

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases.
- Proven experience in retail management, supervising teams, and overseeing store operations.
- Excellent communication skills for staff training, customer interactions, and marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated leadership with experience in recruiting, supervising staff, and developing team talent.
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities.
- Experience with budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and administrative tasks.
- Strong math skills for pricing calculations and financial analysis.
