Duties

- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including face-to-face meetings, calls, and networking events.
- Develop current business opportunities by identifying prospects and turning leads into loyal customers.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that boost brand awareness and generate leads.
- Use CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions,



update client information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product updates to provide expert advice to clients.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales or business development within B2B (business-to-business) environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs effectively.
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is highly valued.
- Customer service mindset combined with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with diverse client bases.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to support sales initiatives.
