Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Halifax, NS. This position is responsible for promoting pest control services, engaging with prospective customers, and closing sales through direct outreach and in-person interactions. The role includes executing local marketing campaigns, participating in canvassing and events, and maintaining accurate records of leads and sales activities.

The Specialist will also support team performance by sharing best practices, assisting with basic training of new team members, and collaborating with management to meet sales targets.



Daily activities involve communicating with customers, addressing inquiries, and representing Vantage Marketing Canada in a qualified and customer-focused manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, peers, and management.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
