About Us

Jai Homes is a custom home builder serving Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Beaumont, and Leduc. We build single-family, duplex, and laned homes with thoughtful design, quality finishes, and a personal approach to every buyer. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Associate to represent our homes and guide buyers from first visit to possession.

Compensation

- Base pay: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience
- Commission: $1,000 for every home you sell
- No cap. The more you sell, the more you earn.
- Example: 3 homes a month adds $3,000 on top of your hourly pay

Schedule

- Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Fridays off

About the Role As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Jai Homes in our showhomes. You welcome visitors, help families find the right home, and keep each sale moving smoothly through contract, selections, and closing.

Responsibilities

- Host assigned showhomes during scheduled hours
- Greet walk-in traffic, qualify buyers, and present homes, lots, and floor plans
- Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text, and track activity in our CRM
- Prepare purchase agreements, change orders, and sales paperwork accurately
- Build relationships with local realtors
- Work with our construction, design, and admin teams to keep buyers informed through the build
- Know the pricing,



inventory, and competition in your communities
- Support open houses, marketing events, and social media content

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; real estate or recent home sales is an asset
- An Alberta real estate licence is an asset
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations
- Organized and detail-oriented with paperwork and follow-up
- Comfortable with CRM software, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and social media
- Valid Alberta driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (travel between communities required)
- Available for the evening and weekend schedule above
- Punjabi, Hindi, or another additional language is an asset
