Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items to maximize satisfaction and sales
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage cash handling procedures responsibly
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to ensure attractive presentation and easy product accessibility
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive shopping experience

Requirements

- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory management
- Experience with product demos, merchandising, cashiering, and POS systems is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and proactive attitude
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining integrity and customer trust
