Sales Representative – Cold Calling & Lead Generation
Elite College of Business & Healthcare is looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, is confident making cold calls, and knows how to turn a simple conversation into a business opportunity.
You don't need to be pushy to be successful in sales. We believe that being friendly, professional, responsive, and knowing how to build relationships makes all the difference.
Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound cold calls to potential clients and business partners.
- Follow up promptly with leads, inquiries, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for our team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Work toward individual sales and lead-generation targets.

- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people.
- Prompt, responsive, and reliable — someone who follows through without needing constant reminders.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.

- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an asset.
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an asset.
