Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos, highlighting key selling points
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling additional items or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process transactions efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions,



resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Keep track of inventory levels, restock shelves as needed, and assist with basic merchandising tasks

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex products clearly and confidently
- Technical sales experience, including conducting product demos and explaining features to customers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Customer service expertise combined with professional phone etiquette for remote inquiries or follow-ups
- Ability to upsell products or services by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable options
- Familiarity with merchandising principles, POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail operations
