We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our Trading Card Game (TCG) store team. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our store, engaging with customers, showcasing our exciting product range, and providing expert guidance to enhance their shopping experience. Your enthusiasm for TCGs combined with strong sales skills will drive store success and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that match their interests and skill levels
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase new releases, rare items, and game mechanics
- Provide detailed explanations of TCG rules, strategies, and card functionalities to both new and experienced players
- Upsell complementary products such as accessories, booster packs, and exclusive merchandise to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight featured products and promotions
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized,



and welcoming by restocking shelves and managing inventory levels effectively
- Assist with trade and game play nights

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively
- Proven experience in technology or retail sales, especially within gaming or hobby stores
- Strong communication skills for product demos, customer consultations, and team collaboration
- Technical sales experience with knowledge of TCG products, game mechanics, and related technology is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances customer engagement
- Excellent organizational skills for managing inventory, merchandising displays, and POS operations
- Customer service expertise with a friendly attitude and active listening skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods efficiently
- Phone etiquette for answering inquiries professionally over the phone or online channels
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and transaction processing
