Eight Tree Enterprises Ltd., dba Salon Trefle, is hiring a full-time Salon Manager.

Duties

- Manage day-to-day business operations and oversee and assess the services provided
- Ensure salon operations comply with health and safety regulations and industry regulations
- Implement policies and guidelines for hairstylists and other workers
- Control the budget and inventory
- Handle work-related issues and complaints, and report to the owners
- Promote services and create marketing campaigns to attract new customers
- Hire, train and supervise hairstylists

Education Requirements
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Completion of a college certification or diploma in hairstyling is an asset

Experience and skill requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a commercial hair salon setting is required
- Strong knowledge of hairstyling and salon operations is required
- Solid communication and customer service skills are required

Language
- English

Compensation: $37.51/hour

Work Conditions

Permanent, full-time

30 to 40 hours/week
