1 .1.8. Functional Scope – Global Trade Services (GTS)

Compliance Management

- BP Screening for SPL, Legal control (licensee checks) and Embargo
- Product classification (HTS, Control Class, etc.)
- SO, OBD, PO, IBD Compliance checks for SPL, licensee checks, and Embargo
- Upload of data from Data Provider (SPL, HTS, Duty rates, etc.)

Customs Management

- Imports Management: Import declarations and necessary declarations filing (Self or Broker interface)
- Export Management: Export declarations and necessary declarations filing (Self or Broker interface)
- Country-specific Customs processes
- Duty calculations for Imports
- Country of Origin determination (Preference Management)
- Self-filing and broker integration

Special Customs Procedure (Intrastat)

- Localization based on the countries in scope
- Intrastat for EU

Bonded Warehouse

- Special customs procedure for the EU, US, and China
