We are looking for passionate, reliable, and dedicated part-time teachers and tutors to join our Saturday Tutoring Program.

We are currently hiring tutors for two student groups:

- Elementary & Middle School (Grades 1–8): Most of our students are in elementary school, and we are looking for teachers who can provide engaging and effective instruction in small-group settings.
- High School (Grades 9–12): We are also looking for qualified tutors who can provide one-on-one tutoring to high school students in specific subjects.

Applicants are welcome to teach either or both grade levels. Please clearly indicate which grade levels (Grades 1–8 and/or Grades 9–12) and subjects (English, Math, Science, French, or Coding) you are confident and qualified to teach. Subjects: English, Math, Coding, Science, and French (Please select the subjects you are confident to teach.)

Commitment: Full time or part time from 9:00 am- 5:00 pm on Saturdays

Additional Opportunities: Applicants also have the opportunity to work in our year-round private school/after-school/Summer Camp programs in Scarborough.

Qualifications and Skills

- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education or beyond
- Education related to Math, Science, Language and Education
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible, with a strong commitment to maintaining a consistent work schedule, arriving on time,



completing scheduled shifts, and minimizing unplanned absences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prepare well-structured teaching plans according to the school's curriculum and requirements, carefully review and mark students' homework, and provide timely, constructive feedback to support student progress.
- Previous teaching experiences working with children
- Ability to teach 5-8 students of different ages and grades
- Should be creative enough to introduce innovative techniques to enhance the learning capacity of individual student and their performance
- Experience and passion for tutoring, ESL instruction an asset
