Job Purpose The Admission Officer supports students throughout the enrollment and withdrawal process while maintaining accurate student records. This role ensures smooth admissions operations and effective communication among students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Enroll new students and maintain accurate student records.(OSR)
- Coordinate student withdrawal procedures, including preparing drop-out forms and managing record transfers.
- Prepare reports related to student enrollment, attendance, and other records as required.
- Provide student service and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day school operations.
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth overall school operations.
- Work with the Finance Department to manage special files and billings.
- Develop, update, and maintain forms for use in the Registrar’s Office.
- Assist school officials in determining admission policies and standards.
- Ensure students, parents,



and staff receive timely communication regarding admission matters.
- Set up and maintain student records in compliance with Ministry of Education regulations.
- Liaise with partnered institutions regarding student enrollment applications.
- Respond to prospective student inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor, department directors, Vice-President, or President.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as required by the Employer’s changing circumstances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
