As a Mixologist at Squires Gastro Pub, you will be the face behind the bar — crafting exceptional cocktails, engaging with guests, and delivering a memorable beverage experience. pub Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair Suggest drink pairings and create customized beverages based on guest preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Stock, prep, and restock bar ingredients and garnishes Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and restocking supplies Educate guests and staff on cocktail ingredients and bar offerings Smart Serve Certified (Ontario)
