This position serves as both a technical accounting expert and a system owner, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial reporting across the organization. This role goes beyond traditional accounting by bridging finance operations with system functionality. It leads optimization of the ERP system (Sage Intacct), supports and enhances Broker Management Systems (Acturis and PowerBroker), and drives continuous process improvement initiatives that strengthen financial operations and scalability. This position is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment and enjoys combining hands‐on accounting with systems leadership, process improvement, and team mentorship.



What does the Senior Franchise Accountant do? We are seeking a technically robust and detail‐oriented accounting professional with deep full‐cycle accounting experience and strong proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools. The successful candidate will act as a go‐to resource for accounting, ERP, and BMS‐related questions while supporting continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting. This role requires someone who takes ownership, identifies opportunities for improvement, and contributes to building a more efficient, scalable, and high‐performing finance function. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical accounting professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving financial processes, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency. Strong knowledge of full‐cycle accounting and financial reporting Experience acting as a technical lead through coaching, mentoring, or training others Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets and reporting tools Post‐secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role Minimum 1 year of experience providing technical leadership, coaching,
