CGI Montréal is looking for a Senior Analyst to help define, implement, and enhance the operational processes, controls, and monitoring mechanisms required to support an integrated investment platform. In this role, you will contribute to strengthening the operational maturity of the environment, supporting both business and technology teams, and ensuring an effective transition to a sustainable operating model. Your future duties and responsibilities

- Define and document operational processes related to the management and support of investment systems
- Establish operational controls, monitoring procedures, and escalation mechanisms required to ensure operational stability
- Design and implement performance indicators, dashboards, and monitoring practices to measure system health and data quality
- Participate in defining the target operating model and the evolution of support practices
- Support system go-live activities, operational transition initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Analyze recurring incidents and data quality issues and recommend sustainable solutions
- Contribute to the documentation of processes, procedures, controls, and operational guides
- Support teams in adopting current practices and ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

- Significant experience in business analysis, functional analysis,



or operational transformation within an investment systems environment
- Experience defining business processes, operational controls, and support models
- Knowledge of investment operations, including reference data, market data, and the lifecycle of financial instruments
- Experience implementing operational metrics, monitoring mechanisms, and incident management practices
- Experience with integrated investment management systems (e.g., SimCorp or similar platforms) is considered an asset
- Knowledge of databases and SQL
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (spoken, written)

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 80 000$ et 155 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
