As a Senior Business Analyst within the Operational Efficiency team, you will help enable scalable growth across Sherweb by driving cross-functional initiatives and aligning business priorities, systems, and processes.

The Operational

Efficiency team plays a key role in bringing structure and clarity to complex, cross-team challenges, ensuring that business priorities are translated into actionable, scalable solutions. The team partners closely with senior leadership to enable informed decision-making and drive measurable business outcomes across the organization. In this role, you will partner directly with senior leaders to shape, prioritize, and deliver initiatives across Customer Support and Marketing, balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

In this role you will regularly interact with senior management, focused on driving clarity, alignment, and measurable impact in complex environments. Partner with senior stakeholders to define problems, shape priorities, and guide decision-making Lead requirements and analysis with a focus on business outcomes and value delivery Drive alignment across teams with competing priorities (e.g. customer experience vs speed, operational readiness) Translate complex insights into transparent, executive‐level communications Analyze workflows, systems,



and data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities Evaluate and support the implementation of solutions, including systems, integrations, and process changes Act as a strategic liaison between business and technical teams Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior Business Analyst role Strong experience working directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers Strong ability to synthesize and communicate insights at an executive level Solid experience in business analysis practices (requirements, process modelling, workshops, etc.) Experience working with enterprise systems of record, including CRM, ERP, and customer support platforms, with an understanding of data flows and integrations Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field Fluency in both official languages (French and English) Sherweb is, above all, an environment where the needs of our customers are at the heart of our actions.
