24HR Collision Center is looking for an experienced Senior Collision Estimator / Repair Planner who wants a long-term career with a growing, locally owned collision repair company.

We are not looking for someone who simply writes estimates.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the complete repair process — estimating, repair planning, supplements, parts, production, quality control, customer communication and final file accuracy.

The right person should be able to look at a repair and think beyond just writing the estimate:

Is the repair being done correctly? Are the parts right? Is the documentation complete? Is the vehicle moving through production properly? Is the customer being taken care of? Is the finished vehicle ready to leave our shop at the quality standard we expect?

Responsibilities

- Write accurate ICBC and customer-pay collision estimates

- Perform complete repair planning / blueprinting

- Identify damage thoroughly at the beginning of the repair

- Prepare supplements with proper documentation and photographs

- Order and verify parts required for repairs

- Follow up on outstanding parts and production delays

- Coordinate repairs with body technicians, painters, detail and front office

- Monitor vehicles throughout the repair process

- Help make sure technicians have work properly staged and ready

- Perform and verify quality-control checkpoints throughout the repair

- Verify test fit, panel gaps, alignment, clips,



fasteners and adjacent components where required

- Make sure vehicles are ready before moving to the next stage of production

- Review OEM repair information where required

- Understand structural repair and measurement documentation

- Understand ADAS/calibration requirements and documentation

- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the repair

- Review completed files for accuracy before final billing and delivery

- Maintain clean, complete and defensible ICBC repair files

- Help identify problems early and take ownership of getting them resolved

What We’re Looking For

- Strong collision estimating experience

- ICBC estimating experience strongly preferred

- Mitchell estimating experience

- Strong understanding of modern collision repair procedures

- Good knowledge of parts, supplements and repair planning

- Strong attention to quality and repair accuracy

- Organized and able to manage multiple active repairs

- Good communication skills with customers and technicians

- Someone who follows through instead of leaving open loops

- Someone who notices problems and works toward solutions

- Someone who takes pride in their work

- Someone who treats coworkers and customers respectfully





- Someone with an ownership mindset who wants responsibility and accountability

This is not an entry-level estimating position. We are looking for someone capable of independently managing collision repairs from beginning to end.

Pay: $75,000.00-$87,700.00 per year
