Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Human Resources, the Senior Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting HR programs, policies, and initiatives at the Magna Corporate Office. This role acts as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation reviews, promotions, onboarding and offboarding, and HR systems.

The Senior Human Resources

Generalist also supports the development and implementation of HR programs and strategies that foster a positive & engaging workplace culture. Lead the performance management and goal-setting processes, including training, communication, tracking completion and providing ongoing support for employees and leaders. Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders on employee relations matters & HR policies.

Support HR systems and processes, including Workday and Dayforce inquiries, data accuracy, reporting, and process improvements. Work cross-functionally to support the creation, implementation, and management of HR policies, programs, employee meetings, and engagement strategies that promote a positive workplace culture.

Who we are looking forCHRP/CHRL certification and post-secondary education in HR or related field. Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role,



preferably with Magna. Previous experience working in a corporate setting is preferred.
