Pacific Blue Cross

Burnaby

At Pacific Blue Cross, we're committed to improving the health and wellbeing of British Columbians. As the health and benefits landscape continues to evolve, we're looking beyond our traditional offerings to explore new partnerships, and solutions that can create greater value for our members and customers.

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management (Third-Party Offerings) who can help us discover what's next.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, externally focused product leader who thrives on building relationships, connecting ideas, and turning opportunities into action. You'll engage with digital health companies, service providers, industry leaders, and other organisations to identify opportunities where Pacific Blue Cross can partner, pilot, and co-create new solutions.

In addition to driving value out of an established portfolio, you'll actively seek out new possibilities. You'll identify potential partners, evaluate opportunities, develop and run pilots, learn quickly from the results, and determine which solutions have the potential to scale and commercialise.

This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious and highly connected, brings a strong innovation and design-thinking mindset, and is comfortable moving from an early-stage idea to a compelling business opportunity.

If you've held roles such as Senior Product Manager, Innovation Manager, Partnerships Manager, Strategic Partnerships Lead, Digital Health Product Manager, Product Innovation Lead, Corporate Innovation Manager, or Venture/Innovation Program Lead, we'd love to hear from you.
