Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager specializing in the Tile & Stone industry. In this pivotal role, you will oversee tile and stone installation projects from preconstruction to final closeout while ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency at every stage. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, material procurement, quality control and execution.
- Review and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, architectual drawings, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align project goals and timelines.
- Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam, Autocad, and other tools to track progress and manage documentation.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates using construction estimating techniques and manage project budgets effectively.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and labor while maintaining cost control measures. Oversee material takeoffs, custom stone sourcing, slab matching, ordering sequencing, and logistical delivery schedules to the job site.




- Facilitate clear communication across teams through regular meetings and comprehensive reporting.
- Ensure all work complies with site safety compliance, safety regulations, and industry standards and installation (e.g. TCNA guidelines, lippage control, waterproofing integrity).

Skills

- Minimum of 5-8+ years of dedicated project management experience within the construction, tile, masonry, or specialty finishes sector.
- Knowledge of natural stone (marble, granite, quartzite), large format porcelain panels, ceramic tile, and setting materials/ mortar systems
- Experience reading and interpreting architectural blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings specific to tile & stone installation projects.
- Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite specifically Excel.
- Knowledge of construction estimating methods tailored for tile & stone projects.
- Experience managing multiple construction projects with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating, negotiation, conflict resolution, time management
